Core Business: We are the local Dell and IBM business partners and locally based in both Hervey Bay and Bundaberg so we are well represented to cover the whole Wide Bay area. Along with hardware and software provisioning, we provide consultancy and support to a large array of companies and industries.
Services Provided: We provide SLA Service Level Agreements to those customers wishing to ensure a prompt service response time, this is a pre purchased plan, streamlined for your business and enables you to pre budget your IT expenses. Along with this is the ability to lease hire your IT equipment including laptops and servers with the SLA agreement built in. We provide an on call service billed at an hourly rate for those customers not wishing to pursue a pre budgeted contract.
We provide our own in house Web and Graphic designer. We also have a full design and photographic solution setup to make sure your entire commercial project and design is handled professionally and in-house. Luke, our Web and Graphic Designer will look after your project from start to finish and we also include domain names, hosting and other associated services.
Preferred Business (if applicable): Our focus area is Gympie to the northern corridor of Bundaberg, including Hervey Bay and Maryborough. We have local support operating in each area.

Most of the engineers working with I.T.Systems have come from large corporate backgrounds, both within Australia and overseas.
