Our size/capacity/ material/ process limitations that a potential customer needs to know:

The only limitations we have in terms of providing staff are.

They must be employed in a recognised apprenticeship or traineeship within the Queensland VET system and the training package must be available from a recognised provider:  Our offices can effectively service South East Queensland, from Brisbane to Gladstone including the North & South Burnett. We must identify potential for enough ongoing work for any new recruits to be able to eventually complete their training contract within the specified period.

What flexibility and outside resources can you use to address these limitations?  Using networks of other Group Training Organisations allows us to rotate and source apprentices within a wider geographical scope.

What capabilities do you have to add extra capacity and prioritise urgent projects?  Our systems are set up for an unlimited number of extra apprentices and trainees and our branches have extra capacity within currently structures (or within a short time frame to handle an extra 30-50% of apprentices or trainees. We are particularly gearing up with extra capacity in Fraser Coast, Gympie and Bundaberg in expectation of demand created by planned major infrastructure projects.

What QA Standards (e.g. ISO, Aus Standards, etc.) does your company follow?  We are a member of Group Training Australia and we are required to meet their national standards.

What support services, internally or externally, do you have available to support your capabilities?  Internal support services include experienced payroll and operations administration departments who specialise in the administration and support of apprentices and trainees. Field staff are able to meet the needs of industry while providing effective support to apprentices and trainees and in order to increase their chances of completing their training contract on or ahead of time. We are also able to draw extensively on a wide range of specialist support providers ranging from counselling services, government compliance, IR interpretation and workplace health and safety advice.

What mobile capabilities do you have available for off-site projects?  We have offices strategically located throughout the regions to service them effectively. There are no barriers to setting up more branches at different locations within or close to the region if demand requires it. We are also able to work with other Group Training Organisations to provide an extended geographical range of services. Additional off site services can be provided to remote locations should demand warrant it.

Prestige Projects: What recognisable/ prestigious projects have your company worked on that would interest potential customers?  Major clients who operate within the engineering and manufacturing sector include Tarong Energy, EDI Rail, and Bombardier Transport.

Experience with government contracts, large infrastructure projects, sub-contracting for major corporations:  We have extensive experience in working within the scope of government contracts and in providing apprentices or trainees to major projects on a sub contract basis.
